ILS_Cloud & Infrastructure Security Architect and security Administrator

Antal is hiring for a role focused on cloud and infrastructure security architecture and administration, involving advanced cybersecurity projects and infrastructure IT in multicloud and hybrid cloud environments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or security operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security systems administration.
• Practical knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, OCI, or GCP).
• Knowledge of security architecture for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience with SIEM, PAM, EDR/XDR, DLP, and SOAR solutions.
• Knowledge of network security including firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, and Zero Trust.
• Understanding of data encryption, KMS, and HSM.
• Experience in security monitoring and threat detection.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, container security, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and CIS Benchmarks.
• Ability to create technical and architectural documentation.
• Very good command of Polish and communicative English.

Nice to have:

• Security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, CISSP, CCSP or related).
• Experience in cloud migration projects.
• Experience in regulated or high-security environments.
• Experience working in hybrid and multicloud environments.

Cloud & Infrastructure Security Architecture:

• Design and develop security architecture for cloud and hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise).
• Define security requirements and collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams on technology projects.
• Analyze security risks and select appropriate protective mechanisms.
• Create and review technical documentation, standards, and security recommendations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration projects.
• Verify compliance of solutions with applicable security standards and policies.
• Participate in architectural reviews and threat modeling.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for operational security, IAM, DevSecOps, and infrastructure.

Security Administration:

• Administer, develop, and maintain IT security solutions.
• Configure and optimize IT environment monitoring and protection systems.
• Manage security systems including PAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, SOAR, and others.
• Maintain and develop network security measures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network traffic detection and protection systems.
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented security measures and continuously improve them.
• Support security incident response processes.
• Provide technical advice on cybersecurity best practices for cloud and on-premise environments.

Work is performed 100% onsite from offices in Warsaw or Łódź; presence in the office is a key element of the role due to the nature of projects and close cooperation with technical and business teams.
