Guidewire Business Analyst

Moondigo Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a long-term project with a key international client in the insurance industry, focusing on the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter).

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance or financial sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter).
• Solid understanding of insurance processes.
• Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1) for daily communication with international teams.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes once per quarter within the EU.

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire).
• Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of PolicyCenter.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.
