Senior DevOps

DCG is a recruitment company that undertakes numerous recruitment projects for its partners and supports experienced professionals through a management style and partnership approach.

• Strong, hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS (Kubernetes), Terraform (modules, distributed infrastructures), and cloud networking (troubleshooting, architecture-level understanding)
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, and Octopus Deploy
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to solve complex production issues independently and work on advanced infrastructure challenges beyond standard engineering level
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• FinOps / cost optimization experience
• Experience with Ansible, AWX, Packer, and ArgoCD
• Background in system architecture / distributed systems design

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS with a strong focus on EKS
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with modular and distributed setups
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub-based ecosystem and deployment tools
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure and networking issues
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure system reliability and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and system architecture
