Data Analyst Support

• Demonstrable experience in data management and data analysis (minimum 4 years).
• Good foundation in Business Intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, including aggregations and basics of data modelling.
• Good understanding of relational databases and ETL frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and visualization best practices.
• Attention to detail and strong focus on data quality.
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating and managing structured databases.
• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards for executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting insights.

• Support a highly prioritized strategic program within the DORA area by delivering data analysis, structured reporting, and business intelligence solutions for executive-level stakeholders.
• Support the DORA Programme Manager Office and work closely with the DORA Programme Manager and Program Sponsor.
• Transform raw data sources, including Excel spreadsheets, into structured data models and databases.
• Deliver, maintain, and enhance high-sensitivity executive KPI dashboards, including Power BI reporting solutions.
• Prepare solution documentation and support additional ad-hoc analytical and reporting tasks when required.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and transparency in all reporting deliverables.
• Communicate risks, blockers, and delivery challenges clearly to stakeholders.
