Tech Lead (.NET + React)

• Minimum 7 years of programming experience and experience as a Tech Lead
• Experience in team leadership and technical decision-making
• Practice in mentoring, code review, and working with AI
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET (8+)
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST, Git, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MS SQL)
• Knowledge of DDD, microservices, and event-driven architecture (asynchronicity)
• Solid foundations in OOP, Clean Code, CI/CD
• Communicative English (minimum B1)

Work is 100% remote. Salary up to 180 PLN/hour on B2B contract depending on experience.
