DevSecOps Leader (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
• Online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Experience as a technical leader in Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes, especially architecture, networking, autoscaling, and security aspects
• Practical experience in CI/CD and GitOps (including Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
• Ability to work in Linux environments and experience with cloud solutions (preferably GCP)
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production environment maintenance
• Experience maintaining applications and ML/LLM models in production environments, including availability, performance, rollbacks, and versioning
• Good knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations
• Ability to design long-term, scalable technological solutions beyond current operational activities

Work mode: Hybrid (1 day per month visit to office in Warsaw) Collaboration model: outsourcing
