QA Lead

• Demonstrated background as a QA Manager or Senior QA Lead.
• Strong technical background, preferably with development experience.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
• Experience with web, backend/microservices, and real-time systems.
• Experience defining important metrics and using data for decisions.
• Ownership approach, can-do attitude, and strong prioritization skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and a great teammate with a constructive outlook.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gaming or real-time platforms.
• CI/CD experience.
• System architecture understanding.

• Lead and manage a growing QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Establish clear ownership within the team, focusing on both manual and automation leads.
• Build a strong, accountable, and results-focused team culture.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and ensure coverage alignment.
• Drive risk-based testing and prioritization based on business impact.
• Own and drive the automation strategy, focusing on frontend (Playwright) and backend validation.
• Improve automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability, ensuring integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and track QA benchmarks, providing clear and actionable reporting including root cause analysis and risk areas.
• Identify gaps in QA and development processes and drive proactive improvements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and Release Manager to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Promote quality ownership across teams, providing clear quality status and risk insight to collaborators.
