Messaging Administrator (with French)

• 2+ years of experience managing messaging environments.
• Knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Proofpoint.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with mail flow configuration and DNS management for messaging services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Manage messaging environments including Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Microsoft Defender, and Proofpoint.
• Implement and administer messaging, archiving, and security solutions.
• Configure and secure mail flow (transport rules, connectors, routing).
• Manage DNS records related to messaging (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Administer and tune Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies.
• Provide Level 2 support for escalated messaging and collaboration issues.
• Maintain documentation, configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure integration and support of Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
