Marketing & Community Specialist

Ice Code Games is a game development company known for titles such as Hard West 2, Rogue Waters, and Nightmare Frontier. They are currently working on bringing Nightmare Frontier out of Early Access to version 1.0.

• Experience in game marketing and community management
• At least one commercial game brought to release, preferably through Early Access
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and well-organized in remote mode
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Practical experience managing social media channels (Facebook, Bluesky, X, YouTube, Discord, Twitch)
• Knowledge of graphic tools (e.g., Adobe) enabling basic graphic editing and short video montage
• Initiative, creativity, communication style sensitivity, and ability to create engaging content
• Ability to create simple materials from gameplay, screenshots, gifs, etc.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Steamworks and Steam promotional tools
• Ability to create game videos using Unity tools
• Portfolio of games: posts, campaigns, trailers, devlogs
• Experience using AI in marketing

• Realize marketing activities in cooperation with the publisher
• Implement marketing strategy for Nightmare Frontier and upcoming titles
• Maintain ongoing communication with players on platforms such as Steam, Discord, Bluesky, X, Facebook, and YouTube
• Collaborate with the creative team on promotional materials including graphics, trailers, advertisements, and devlogs
• Work with influencers and influencer marketing platforms like Keymailer, Woovit, and Terminals.io
• Plan and conduct online campaigns including Steam Festivals and industry events
• Write posts, announcements, press releases, and devlogs
• Record and edit simple devlogs or gameplay videos with commentary
