Business Controller

• At least 2 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a large, dynamic organization; experience in auditing or consulting firms is also valued
• Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields; additional education in controlling is an advantage
• Proficient in working with data, able to draw accurate conclusions and clearly present them to various organizational levels
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and BI tools for data visualization is a plus
• Ability to implement improvements, organize processes, and maintain established standards
• Accurate, responsible, and consistent in task execution
• Very good command of English, at least B2 level, for daily business communication

• Monitor key financial and operational indicators for selected business areas of Allegro
• Analyze deviations from budget and plans and identify their causes
• Prepare recommendations to support improvement of business results and efficiency
• Create ad hoc analyses and reports on financial results and KPIs
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation of goal achievement
• Prepare profitability analyses of projects and investment initiatives
• Co-create monthly management reports for the management team
• Develop and automate reports, analyses, presentations, and dashboards together with the Controlling team
