• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, business coordination, or process ownership.
• Highly ambitious and independent with the ability to navigate a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Natural problem-solver with excellent self-organization and a "get things done" attitude.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).

• Owning and driving initiatives to implement new payment solutions across European markets – from initial concept to final execution.
• Acting as the primary liaison between Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and project alignment.
• Managing operational cooperation with key global and local players such as Visa, Mastercard, or BLIK.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to automate and improve payment journeys to enhance the experience for millions of users.
