Senior Value Proposition Specialist

Allegro is a leading e-commerce company operating across multiple countries with over 21 million active buyers and more than 164k partners. The role involves shaping the future of e-commerce by creating innovative payment solutions and working with experienced professionals from strategy consulting and e-commerce sectors.

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, business analysis, strategy, or value proposition design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Strategic perspective with attention to customer-relevant details.
• Excellent communication skills to persuade stakeholders using logic and user empathy.
• Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level.
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce is a strong plus but not mandatory.

• Shaping the Value Proposition: Developing and managing the core value propositions for payment products across Allegro's operating geographies.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and fintech innovations to maintain Allegro's leading position in payments.
• Product Strategy: Collaborating with Product Managers to align product features with user needs and values.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and optimize service value.
• Communication Design: Ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication of solution benefits across all touchpoints.
