Solutions Engineer, PerfectScale by DoiT, Romania (Remote)

Their flagship offerings include DoiT Cloud Intelligence and PerfectScale for Kubernetes, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution that integrates advanced algorithms and machine learning to enhance Kubernetes efficiency.

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company, focusing on DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams and Kubernetes or cloud cost management challenges.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and associated DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions in cloud environments including observability, optimization, FinOps, and Platform Engineering.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience analyzing data from monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Proven ability to build compelling business cases and ROI justifications demonstrating cost savings and performance enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex Kubernetes concepts and PerfectScale functionalities to technical and business audiences.
• Experience presenting to executive-level prospects on cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy.
• Familiarity with modern technical selling best practices and successful competitive sales experience.
• Prior experience as Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional is a plus.
• Proven success in fast-paced, scaling businesses, ideally in cloud or Kubernetes management domains.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospects' technical environments, Kubernetes challenges, cost optimization goals, and business objectives through technical discovery sessions.
• Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for PerfectScale, including preparation, management, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop and deliver tailored PerfectScale platform demonstrations addressing specific use cases and concerns.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses demonstrating value, cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with PerfectScale.
• Serve as the go-to expert for PerfectScale within the company, ensuring optimal results and seamless implementation for prospects.
• Take full ownership of the technical win for PerfectScale engagements, guiding prospects through technical evaluations and building confidence.
• Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences with presentations and demonstrations.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation entry into internal business support systems and contribute to tools providing key business metrics.

This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Netherlands and is open to contractors in Eastern European countries.
