• Intermediate level of English
• Mindset focused on automation, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Basic experience with a modern OO language such as Java, C#, Python, or similar (even university-level is fine)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps (nice to have, not required)
• Initial exposure to BDD frameworks is a plus
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, web services, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Interest in modern technology trends, including AI and machine learning
• Openness to learning new tools, technologies, and testing techniques
• Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or AWS/Azure fundamentals (optional but appreciated)

• Performing manual tests to verify functionality, usability, and quality of new features
• Setting up and configuring tools that support test automation and enable smooth teamwork
• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and simple manual or semi-automated scripts
• Preparing test data efficiently and learning how to minimize dependencies on other teams or systems
• Identifying opportunities to automate parts of manual testing to increase repeatability and speed
• Contributing to basic automation tasks and gaining exposure to building test automation solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Working with BDD frameworks and helping create simple scenarios
• Using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps in real delivery pipelines
