Vendors Manager

SIENN Poland Sp. z o.o. supports the implementation of international IT projects and builds long-term partnerships with clients and specialists cooperating in a B2B model. The role involves operational coordination of cooperation with B2B contractors and supporting the organization in maintaining efficient and consistent operational processes related to IT project implementation. The role does not include direct employee management, conducting employee evaluations, responsibility for employee development, or classic people management.

• Experience in the IT industry
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to synthesize and analyze information
• Ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• High level of independence, responsibility, and proactivity
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.
• Experience in operations, vendor management, HR, or similar areas
• Ability to conduct difficult conversations and support escalation situations

Nice to have:

• Experience in project management or PMO
• Experience cooperating with B2B contractors
• Knowledge of JIRA Tempo
• Experience working with KPIs and capacity planning

• Coordination of operational cooperation with B2B contractors
• Support for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitoring compliance of activities with organizational and project processes
• Cooperation with Project Managers, HR, Finance, IT, and Management Board
• Organization and conducting of operational communication
• Support for reporting, KPIs, and resource planning
• Support for implementation of organizational and process changes
• Support for recruitment processes
