• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile devices, and LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and working in a domain environment.
• Persistence in troubleshooting technical problems.
• Accuracy, thoroughness, and conscientiousness.
• Communicative English language skills to support foreign branches by phone.
• Interest in IT topics, openness to knowledge and acquiring new skills.

• Provide ongoing support to employees regarding software and IT hardware issues as the first line of contact via phone.
• Register and resolve tickets in the Service Desk system.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, replace IT hardware according to schedule, prepare equipment for disposal or resale.
• Liaise with external service providers.
• Prepare workstations for new employees.
• Work with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC).
• Install operating systems using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and perform comprehensive configuration and modernization of workstations.
• Manage Roger access card system.
• Configure VoIP desk phones and mobile phones.
• Prepare user instructions.
