Młodszy Specjalista ds. Utrzymania Aplikacji - systemy klasy ERP (k/m)​

• Understanding of business processes and data flow within the organization (mandatory)
• Minimum one year of experience working with business systems (ERP, WMS, or dedicated operational systems) as a Consultant, Analyst, or Key User
• Motivation to learn and develop specialist knowledge in customs systems and TSL industry regulations and processes
• Highly developed communication skills to accurately map business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements
• Analytical thinking and independence in diagnosing business causes of process errors
• Knowledge of IT system implementation and development from a business/functional perspective
• Minimum secondary education (preferred fields: business informatics, logistics, economics, or related)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the TSL industry specifics and operational customs processes

• Optimize and support processes to ensure continuity and correctness of business processes in JAS-FBG S.A.'s customs systems
• Provide consulting and active support to business users in solving operational problems, acting as a key partner and first line of contact between business and IT
• Supervise data flow by monitoring and verifying the correctness of data exchange (integration) with customs administration systems and ERP-class systems
• Analyze user reports regarding their impact on the efficiency of the customs agency and prioritize actions
• Participate in acceptance testing (UAT) of new functionalities and collaborate in designing and implementing improvements to eliminate process errors
• Create and update functional, user documentation, and workplace instructions
