ParkCash is a company building a modern platform for parking management and monetization, working mainly with B2B clients such as office buildings, corporate tenants, residential estates, commercial properties, and property managers. The platform automates parking rules, user and permission management, billing and reporting, and integrates with infrastructure like cameras, barriers, and payment systems.
Wymagania
- Experience in B2B customer service
- Very good work organization, deadline management, and accuracy
- Effective communication skills via email, phone, and client/vendor conversations
- Ability to work with ticketing systems
- Independence to manage tasks from start to finish
- Minimum 3 days per week working in the Kraków office
- English language proficiency at B2 level in speaking and writing
Nice to have:
- Experience in PropTech, Smart City, parking, or property management
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to clients
Obowiązki
- Handle customer and system user inquiries via phone, email, and helpdesk system
- Register, classify, and prioritize tickets
- Provide basic support regarding application operation, accounts, access, payments, and parking
- Assist with deployment configuration including data entry, basic system settings, and configuration verification
- Perform initial problem diagnostics and gather information for resolution
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams or relevant departments
- Monitor ticket status and maintain communication with clients
- Prepare ticket summaries and call notes
- Use AI tools to organize tickets, create responses, summaries, and update knowledge base
- Co-create and update instructions, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Report recurring issues and improvement suggestions
- Test new system features
