Wymagania
- Higher education (preferably in IT or mathematics).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, modeling, and specification methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with project methodologies, especially agile methods.
- Practical experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical thinking and accuracy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare arguments and confront requirements.
- Independence and goal orientation.
- English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level enabling fluent communication and reading technical documentation.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BPMN notation.
- Knowledge of process engines.
- Experience in the area of bank cards.
Obowiązki
- Analyze and translate business requirements into system solution concepts.
- Prepare technical and functional specifications for developed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, suppliers, and business representatives to understand requirements, develop solutions, conduct tests, and implement production deployments.
- Create test scenarios and perform FAT tests.
- Act as second-line support analyzing incidents reported by users.
- Participate in project estimations including business assumptions, architecture, budget, and schedule.
- Work with data by searching for customer and product information in databases.
