Junior IT Specialist

Meritoros SA is seeking a motivated Junior IT Specialist to join their 8-person IT/RPA team in Kraków. The team supports IT infrastructure, ERP systems, RPA development, and Power Platform, working closely with managers to plan and implement new technological solutions. The team follows Lean Management principles and emphasizes continuous professional development.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT role
• Secondary or higher education in a technical or IT field
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server
• Ability to configure computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune for device and user management
• Basic knowledge of IT security (antivirus, firewall, updates, access policies)
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Good English language skills (minimum B1) for working with technical documentation
• Independence in task execution and good self-organization
• Willingness for continuous learning and professional development

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages (executing and modifying scripts)
• Basic knowledge of SQL including writing simple queries and managing MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Comarch Optima (installation, configuration, basic operation)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management tools
• Experience working in an accounting office

• Handle Helpdesk tasks including receiving, classifying, and resolving IT tickets for remote and local user support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, peripheral devices, network, and software issues
• Prepare and configure workstations for new employees (onboarding hardware and software)
• Manage devices and users in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (policy deployment, device registration, updates)
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and AADDS including account, group, permission, and access policy management
• Perform basic administration of Windows Server including monitoring, updates, and service management
• Support external clients within IT outsourcing
• Perform basic IT system security monitoring and report suspicious activities
