Senior Workday Consultant

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver cutting edge technologies shaping the future. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions across key HR processes.

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HR process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of WorkDay.
• English language proficiency.

• Act as a trusted advisor and lead complex functional and technical initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops.
• Mentor junior consultants.
• Drive continuous improvements within Workday environments.
