• Process cryptography-related requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs.
• Act as a subject matter expert to respond to cryptography queries promptly, escalating non-standard cases when required.
• Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and escalate issues to ensure service improvement.
• Maintain and improve data quality within cryptography-related processes.
• Support cryptography security assurance reviews, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate remediations.
• Document all findings, activities, and recommendations to ensure transparency and compliance.
