Senior Unity Developer (Mobile Games)

• 5-7+ years of experience in mobile game development with end-to-end feature ownership in high-traffic casual/social Unity titles.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to advocate for technical best practices in a multi-studio environment.
• Deep mastery of OOP and architecture design patterns; ability to design scalable sub-systems and manage technical debt.
• Experience acting as primary technical bridge, defining technical contracts/APIs, and unblocking workflows between internal teams and external vendors.
• Advanced expertise in mobile game optimization; proven ability to diagnose and solve CPU/GPU bottlenecks across diverse devices.
• Experience architecting, scaling, and maintaining Live-Ops infrastructure and complex A/B testing frameworks in high-DAU ecosystems.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with Match-3 or puzzle-meta systems (grid management, board state synchronization, complex economy loops).

• Translate design docs into functional gameplay features using C# and Unity, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and Growth Products team to improve feature delivery speed and effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth game performance across iOS and Android devices, maintaining performance benchmarks.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment processes, improving implementation and workflows.
• Work in a fast-paced agile environment, contributing to positive team culture.
• Participate in syncs and code reviews with external partner studio to ensure unified development and avoid merge conflicts.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver optimal solutions within project constraints.
• Represent feature development requirements to stakeholders within Monopoly team and external studio.
