Java Backend Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves maintaining and enhancing backend applications within the Shared Services platform and contributing to business-critical projects in a global environment.

• Expertise in Java 8+ development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Context, Dependency Injection (DI), Inversion of Control (IoC).
• Hands-on experience with Concurrency and Multithreading.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and deployments using Jenkins.
• Ability to work with Linux shell (basic commands: find, ls, grep, sed).
• Proficiency in Git and Maven for version control and build automation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and deployment strategies (e.g., Canary, Blue-Green).
• Familiarity with unit testing tools (Mockito) and testing best practices.
• Understanding of Event-Driven Development principles.

• Maintain and enhance backend applications for Shared Services.
• Design and develop scalable, performant backend components using Java and Spring Framework.
• Work on microservices architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure application stability and continuous improvement through troubleshooting and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases in CI/CD-driven environments.
