Business System Analyst

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience working in Agile projects
• Ability to describe and split requirements into epics and user stories
• Experience conducting requirement-gathering workshops and business process modeling
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• At least basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases
• Experience creating project documentation and post-implementation documentation
• Minimum 3 years of experience (mid-level)
• Strong logical thinking skills
• English proficiency at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Participation in projects involving the development of new systems
