Backend Developer (Python/RoR)

MindPal is building intelligent systems powering products across energy, education, and HR-tech from their office in Gliwice.

• 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.
• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).
• Curiosity for learning new stacks such as Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.
• Interest in side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.
• Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.
• Communicative English (written and spoken).

• Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern tools like Docker.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.
