• Expert-level Go (Golang) with extensive, hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance production applications.
• Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event-driven patterns.
• Deep practical knowledge of managing production workloads, including monitoring, telemetry (Prometheus), and advanced performance tuning.
• Strong, hands-on operational experience with Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, debugging).
• Solid expertise in NoSQL databases (specifically MongoDB) and message brokers (specifically RabbitMQ).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate both macro-level system architecture and micro-level code optimizations.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, event-driven microservices primarily written in Go.
• Take ownership of production applications.
• Architect seamless communication and data flows utilizing Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB as core components.
• Bridge the gap between software development and infrastructure reliability.
• Define architectural standards, scalable design approaches, and coding best practices.
• Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and coaching to senior and mid-level developers.
• Design systems with HA principle, graceful degradation, fault tolerance, and observability-first approach.
• Lead technical RFCs, architectural reviews, and long-term modernization initiatives across multiple engineering domains.
• Participate in critical incident analysis, postmortems, and reliability improvements for production systems.
• Improve monitoring standards, deployment safety, and platform stability.
