Data Scientist

SoftBlue SA is a company with its own Research and Development Center and a unique team of specialists from various fields. The company specializes in designing and developing solutions in electronics and software.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.
• Proficient in Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Practical experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow).
• Strong mathematical and statistical background.
• Experience in at least one key area: Computer Vision (e.g., object detection, segmentation) or Time Series Analysis (forecasting).
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (Git, Docker, basic CI/CD).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Edge AI (model optimization for devices like Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi, Hailo, Coral TPU, knowledge of TensorRT, ONNX).
• Experience in audio analysis and NLP.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, KubeFlow, DVC, Weights & Biases).

• Designing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models (Computer Vision, NLP, Time Series).
• Analyzing, cleaning, and exploring diverse datasets (images, audio, text, sensor data).
• Collaborating with Hardware and Software engineers to deploy models on edge devices (Edge AI) and cloud/on-premise.
• Monitoring the latest AI trends and selecting optimal neural network architectures for business problems.
• Ensuring code quality and MLOps processes.
