Senior Python Developer

The Codest is an international tech software company with tech hubs in Poland delivering global IT solutions and projects. Their expertise centers on web development, cloud engineering, DevOps, and quality. They have developed their own product, Yieldbird, honored as a laureate of the Top25 Deloitte awards. Their mission is to help tech companies build impactful products and scale IT teams by boosting IT delivery performance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (senior level)
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI
• Experience with GCP and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Basic Java skills - ability to read and understand Java code (no advanced development required)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

• Designing and developing scalable Python applications with a focus on AI/GenAI solutions
• Building and integrating LLM and RAG-based systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a cloud-native (GCP & Azure) environment
• Reading and reviewing Java code as part of cross-language collaboration
• Supporting DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments

Candidates must be open to hybrid work from the Kraków office 6 days per month. Candidates must be entitled to work in the EU without a sponsored visa.
