Trade Documentation Analyst

• University degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Excellent spoken and written level of English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Preparing and verifying the accuracy of shipping documentation
• Performing invoicing within the SAP system and managing all related processes to ensure timely issuance
• Managing office supplies and handling correspondence for the Supply Chain department
• Processing shipping documents, including printing, signing, stamping, scanning, and archiving
