Formulate, implement, and orchestrate comprehensive test strategies, quality frameworks, and master test plans across individual projects and broader programs.
Oversee and drive testing workflows within intricate ecosystems featuring high levels of business and technical interdependencies.
Lead day-to-day testing operations within iterative cycles, ensuring robust execution of sprint-level validation and continuous regression testing.
Spearhead end-to-end integration testing to seamlessly validate complete cross-module business processes and data flows.
Architect and supervise performance testing initiatives to guarantee system scalability and long-term operational resilience.
Direct the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by establishing clear sign-off criteria, engaging business stakeholders, managing the defect lifecycle, and driving final deployment readiness decisions.

Design and execute detailed dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, and simulation exercises to de-risk the deployment phase.
Certify total organizational and operational alignment for launch, looking past baseline technical functional testing.
Validate "Day 1" operational workflows and core business procedures against realistic production scenarios.
Partner with cross-functional digital and business units to co-develop and execute precise, step-by-step cutover schedules.
Manage the post-go-live hypercare window, closely tracking platform stability and preemptively mitigating post-deployment quality concerns.
Provide hands-on assistance and governance throughout the active roll-out phase.
