Senior Test Automation Engineer

The company operates within the Payments domain in the Banking sector and is seeking a QA Test Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in testing.

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Proven experience with Robot Framework and Jenkins
• Solid knowledge of the Payments or Financial domain
• Experience with test tools and test management platforms
• Understanding of general testing concepts (ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to promote automation practices within the team
• Proactive attitude and a passion for improving test processes and automation coverage

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with release planning and test reporting tools
• Experience in both automated and manual testing

• Analyze and design test cases based on requirements
• Implement and execute automated and manual tests
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and issues
• Design and implement test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework
• Continuously improve automated test coverage and QA processes
• Develop and maintain release test plans and reports
• Generate and track bug reports (Defect Management)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Drive QA activities across the delivery team
