• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Transformation or process ownership in a global environment
• Designed or managed end-to-end HR processes at scale
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition operating models, governance and performance metrics
• Comfortable working with HR systems supporting recruitment processes
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders in complex, matrix organisations
• Use data and insights to guide decisions and drive improvements
• Clear communication and ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
• Ownership, accountability and contribution to continuous improvement and collaboration

• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes using data, insights and feedback
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and pain points and translate them into improvement initiatives
• Define and manage global governance frameworks, including controls, decision forums and issue management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and data privacy requirements
• Monitor process adherence and address any non-compliance
• Collaborate with global HR leaders, TA teams, CoEs and delivery teams
• Balance global process standards with local business and market needs
• Partner with HR Technology teams to align systems, processes and track KPIs and performance insights
