Business Analyst AML/KYC (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have experience in large, complex projects with millions of users and offer mostly long-term and remote projects with occasional integration and thematic meetings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of business analysis
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst

• Experience in AML/KYC, especially in projects related to implementing and developing KYC solutions

• Knowledge of key KYC processes such as client onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment, as well as AML topics

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and system solutions

• Experience in business analysis and defining requirements for IT systems

• Experience in modeling and documenting business processes and collaborating with stakeholders (knowledge of BPMN/UML is an advantage)

• Experience working in Agile methodologies

• Broad knowledge of business processes and ability to effectively translate them into system solutions

• Project duration: over 12 months with possibility of extension

• Work mode: hybrid (1 day per week in Warsaw office)
