They have extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of users daily and emphasize remote long-term projects, regular integration meetings, and charitable activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of business analysis
• Advanced English language skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in debit and/or prepaid card issuing
• Strong knowledge of the Polish banking market and regulations (PSD2, compliance)
• Experience in business analysis, building value propositions, and customer journey
• Ability to work with stakeholders at the management level and IT teams
