IT Project Manager

Their services include smart process automation, custom software development, legacy system modernization, IT project outsourcing, and product design. Devapo uses modern technologies and agile methodologies to ensure quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing technical projects (web applications, cloud solutions, system integrations)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM)
• Knowledge of BPM, process automation will be additional advantage
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with clients
• Higher education in technical, business, or related field

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and report to management and clients
• Ensure quality standards and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
