IT Project Manager

• Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development, and research
• Must have prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East (MENA region) and a solid understanding of the business culture
• Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools (experience with Productive is a plus)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2 level)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10-15 members with a product-focused mindset
• Strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and reporting

• Create and manage work orders based on client requirements and team capacity
• Prepare compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations
• Proactively manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing
• Identify upsell opportunities and think strategically about expanding our partnerships
