Strategic Designer (UX/UI)

• Solid background in UX and/or UI design (craft foundations are non-negotiable).
• Experience with large-scale projects (enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems).
• Strong business literacy — ability to connect design decisions to strategy.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Resilience and calmness under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.

• Bridge business, design, and technology — speaking the language of each.
• Guard the design vision against organizational chaos — ensuring it reaches users intact.
• Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver measurable impact.
