DevSecOps Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It primarily focuses on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes (architecture, networking, autoscaling, security).
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and cloud (preferably GCP).
• Knowledge of observability concepts.
• Understanding of production maintenance of ML/LLM applications and models (availability, latency, rollbacks, versioning).
• Understanding of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations.
• Ability to design long-term solutions beyond operational reactions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ArgoCD, GitOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, IAM, Terraform.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a technical leader in Cloud / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering.
• Experience with GCP.

• Lead and develop a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team supporting applications in a cloud environment, mainly in AI, MLOps, and Data areas.
• Build and standardize CI/CD and GitOps processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments (Anthos, OCP, Istio, Helm).
• Develop a platform for fast and repeatable cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with developers and architects to understand their needs and propose process improvements.
• Ensure security, data access, and compliance (IAM, network, secrets, auditability) in a regulated environment.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and reliability of the platform running critical AI services used throughout the bank.
