Network Automation Engineer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions. The Network Infrastructure Team designs, builds, and maintains the global network powering RTB House's platform, managing switches and routers across data centers and developing network automation tools.

• Excellent command of Linux/UNIX environment at System Administrator level or higher.
• Experience with Linux low-level networking tuning and debugging.
• Understanding of network fundamentals including switching, routing (IPv4/IPv6), and TCP/IP.
• Proven experience with dynamic routing protocols, especially BGP.
• Experience with network automation using Ansible and Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, EVPN, VPP, and eBPF.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud networking (GCP, AWS) for hybrid environments.

• Execute Linux low-level networking tuning and debugging to maximize OS stack performance.
• Design, expand, and manage global network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) across multiple data centers.
• Work with open-source technologies like SONiC.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Ansible, Python, and version-controlled workflows.
• Develop daemons and automate builds and testing for the SONiC ecosystem.
• Ensure network security, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to deliver fast and reliable services.
• Participate in strategic projects such as data center expansions and designing new network components.
