Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Futuremed is a dynamically developing telemedicine company revolutionizing access to medical services. Their main brand Radamed has quickly gained a strong market position. They operate in one of the fastest growing industries, focusing on accelerating and facilitating access to medical care through online medical consultations with e-prescriptions, e-sick leaves, and referrals.

• Several years of experience as an Operations Manager, COO, or similar role
• Very good knowledge of the ecommerce industry and online business scaling processes
• Ability to set KPIs, work with data, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in building and optimizing operational processes
• Technical approach and ease working with various systems, automations, and tools
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments simultaneously
• Independence, ownership, and high sense of responsibility
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with parallel developments
• Experience in startup, growth, or fast-scaling companies is a plus

• Build and scale company operations alongside organizational growth
• Integrate company departments into a cohesive and efficient operational system
• Implement KPIs, processes, and standards supporting business development
• Optimize organizational efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Create, develop, and oversee operational processes
• Set KPIs and monitor department results
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, customer support, and IT departments
• Identify bottlenecks and implement organizational improvements
• Build reporting systems, data analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery
• Optimize workflow, communication, and information flow between departments
• Support management in scaling the company and implementing new business initiatives
• Manage operational aspects of ecommerce development and technology use
