• Supervision and control of systems monitoring the operation and status of devices (ticket machines, validators)
• Preparing reports, analyses, and summaries based on system data
• Ordering, verifying execution, and controlling service interventions through the system
• Analyzing technical materials (logs) for diagnostic and complaint purposes
• Receiving reports and maintaining ongoing contact with clients and subcontractors regarding system and device support
• Collaborating with external companies to coordinate service and device repairs
