Project & Program Manager

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in management or a related field
• Previous experience in managing projects is a plus
• English proficiency at a minimum B1+ level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through monitoring to closure
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall; certification is an advantage

• Independently manage local projects across the full project lifecycle, including managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate the work of the project team
• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates and reports
• Manage project changes, risks, and dependencies on an ongoing basis
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and prepare recommendations to support effective project and task delivery
• Build and maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including project team members, business partners, and external vendors
• Ensure high quality of project documentation and adherence to established processes
• When required, take on key project roles such as Product Owner, Release Manager, or Scrum Master, and collaborate effectively with individuals performing these roles
