Wymagania
- Preferred higher education in computer science or telecommunications
- Experience working in IT Helpdesk
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Service Now
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Communication skills, good work organization, responsibility
Obowiązki
- Provide local and remote support for office and production employees in the use of hardware and software
- Install and configure hardware and software, prepare computer workstations
- Ensure continuous operation of networks, workstations, mobile devices, and printers
- Collaborate daily with the global IT department
- Train users
