• Knowledge of design patterns and software development topics.
• Understanding of corporate system integration.
• Knowledge of modern IT trends and challenges.
• Practical experience with building or working with microservices solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure and GCP cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenShift, Ansible, Terraform, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Nginx+.

• Collaborate in creating IT strategy for the development of the largest electronic banking in the country aligned with the bank's strategy.
• Prepare, recommend, and evaluate proposals for development and changes in applications with emphasis on microservices and cloud solutions.
• Design and document the architecture of agreed IT solutions.
• Participate in developing technological standards and IT processes.
• Analyze current solutions for optimization and reduction of technical debt.
• Support the implementation of IT systems through cooperation with Software Development, Maintenance, and DevOps teams.
• Manage IT resource usage risks by implementing and periodically reviewing relevant standards and procedures, aiming for IT environment standardization.
• Work closely with business owners, business leaders, and management staff.
