• Professional experience as IT Administrator, IT Support, or related role
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server and Windows systems
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux systems
• Experience with Active Directory and user permissions management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer networks
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
• Ability to configure and diagnose network devices
• Experience with remote support tools
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
• Knowledge of IT security issues
• Accuracy, independence, and good work organization

Nice to have:

• Experience in virtual environment administration (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Knowledge of backup solutions
• Experience in IT infrastructure monitoring
• Knowledge of firewall solutions and basic cybersecurity

• Provide technical support to end users
• Administer IT environment and maintain system and infrastructure continuity
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies
• Administer Windows systems and basic Linux environments
• Configure, maintain, and diagnose computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Manage network resources and shared data spaces
• Monitor IT infrastructure operation and respond to incidents and failures
• Troubleshoot technical problems and document them
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services
• Collaborate on development and maintenance of server and network infrastructure
• Configure and maintain network devices (switch, router, access point)
• Supervise proper functioning of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks
• Support IT environment security activities and perform backups
