Senior DevOps Engineer

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Degree from a technical university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (DevOps/Infrastructure area)
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Cloud AI services in AWS, Azure, or GCP focusing on AI/ML
• Practical knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow
• Proficiency in Python and scripting (Bash, YAML)
• Communicative English language skills (spoken and written) for international projects

Nice to have:

• Certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, CKA)
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
• Experience with AIOps platforms

• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines integrated with AI/ML tools and frameworks
• Close collaboration with AI teams to implement and scale machine learning models in production environments
• Integrating AI-based monitoring, alerting, and analytics tools to enhance process visibility and predictive analysis
• Managing infrastructure resources for AI applications in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Ensuring the highest security standards in AI-based ecosystems
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and pipeline issues, especially AI components, and maintaining high availability
