Automation Expert (RPA, Power Platform)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to design, implement, and scale end-to-end automation solutions within the Supply Chain domain. The role combines process optimization, automation architecture, and business transformation support. The successful candidate will play a key role in stabilizing operations during transitions while building sustainable and scalable automation capabilities across supply chain processes.

• 6–8 years of experience in automation or process optimization roles.
• Experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in automation solutions (RPA, workflow tools, integrations).
• Strong understanding of system integration (APIs, middleware, low-code platforms).
• Experience with process design, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Very good command of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, RPA, Automation Anywhere, UiPath.

• Design, implement, and scale end-to-end automation solutions within the Supply Chain domain combining architecture, process optimization, and business transformation.
• Build end-to-end automation, workflow orchestration, and integration solutions ensuring seamless connectivity across systems, applications, and data flows using APIs, middleware, and low-code platforms.
• Establish and enforce automation standards, frameworks, and best practices to enable rapid onboarding and scalable process expansion.
• Support business transitions by stabilizing operations, minimizing disruption, and translating complex supply chain requirements into clear automation use cases.
• Minimize manual effort and operational risks through intelligent automation.
• Implement monitoring tools for reliability and leverage data insights to drive continuous workflow improvement.
