DevOps Engineer

Our client operates in the banking industry, focusing on automated loan processing solutions to enable seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency. The team is newly established, collaborative, and works in an Agile environment with high levels of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. English is the primary working language, and the team works closely with developers, Business SMEs, and Product Owners.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Scripting and cloud knowledge
• Experience with loan processing or banking systems
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures
