IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will support clients in managing their IT ecosystems to improve efficiency and maximize investments. The role involves working on diverse ITAM and SAM projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering value-added insights in an international environment.

• 6+ years of experience in IT Asset Management with expertise in ITAM Governance, Vendor Management, and/or IT Contract Management.
• Proficient knowledge including implementation and/or operation of at least one SAM tool: ServiceNow, Snow License Manager, or Flexera FNMS.
• Solid knowledge of licensing (on-premises and cloud) of major publishers such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, VMware, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, virtualization, or network architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Skills and capabilities related to project management and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work products.
• Nice to have:
  • SAM tools certification (ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS, Snow Software / Flexera certification).
  • Experience in software contract negotiation and renewal.
  • Awareness of industry trends and licensing models.
  • Hardware Asset Management processes and governance experience.
  • Proficiency in IT standards (ITIL, Agile) confirmed by certification.
  • Skills in proposal writing, report writing, and delivering presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills including ability to translate technical information.
  • German language skills.

• Work on IT Asset Management projects throughout Europe.
• Collaborate with a team of Software licensing specialists to cover all vendor-related licensing matters and manage SAM engagements to completion.
• Use various Software Asset Management Tools like FlexeraOne, Snow License Manager, or ServiceNow SAM Pro as implementer and/or operator.
• Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions.
• Extract data and perform data analytics to quantify financial and operational compliance with contracts.
• Prepare client deliverables such as calculations and reports.
• Support customers through discussions and negotiations with software vendors.
• Interact with cross-functional teams at clients and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities for new methodologies or work processes.
• Help train and coach more junior team members.
